As someone who happens to be lactose intolerant, I am always looking for dishes that will help me not miss my LOVE OF DAIRY! Yes, I love cheese, and ever so often I still have a taste. Not a stickler about it, but there are those items that tend to set me off in a direction that, shall I say, aren’t very becoming. Most times, I just try to stay away from it all together.
